When it comes to my work, I strive to create experiences that are impactful, intentional, and delightful. As a Marie Kondo enthusiast, I am known for being detail-oriented and organised. I also manage my own projects and priorities efficiently, ensuring smooth progress and focusing on the most impactful initiatives. I have an equal passion for analytics and creativity. Oh, and I sometimes play Enya during workshops.

I currently work as a Principal Product Designer at Blinkist, where I craft holistic solutions for the most complex design challenges and shape visionary projects, strategies, and guiding frameworks. I also focus on continually evolving our approach to collaboration, fostering a culture that supports the growth of junior colleagues by considering their motivations and passions. (At the moment, I’m focused on organic cooperation and helping the team become more comfortable with AI usage).

Prior to Blinkist, I worked for Conversion – a London-based CRO agency, where I delivered hundreds of A/B tests for various digital industries and platforms. I also built and led its first-ever design team and shaped the evolution of the company's re-brand.

Before that, I was a starting architect dreaming about a career change.

And as a person, I'm a fun mum (I hope), a cinema addict and an avid Pilates practitioner.
